Ingredients:

  • 2 (4-6 oz / 115-170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.6ml) black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise (full-fat or light)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon (4g) fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if your model requires it.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between them.
  5. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. While the salmon is cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the air fryer salmon immediately with a generous dollop of lemon-dill sauce.
