Ingredients:
- 2 (4-6 oz / 115-170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.6ml) black pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) mayonnaise (full-fat or light)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon (4g) fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) garlic powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if your model requires it.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between them.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- While the salmon is cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve the air fryer salmon immediately with a generous dollop of lemon-dill sauce.
