Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces (340g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Shortening
  • 1 cup (85g) Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup (115g) Mini Marshmallows
  • ½ cup (60g) Roasted Almonds, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and shortening using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, gently combine chow mein noodles, marshmallows, and chopped almonds.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the noodle mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
