Ingredients:
- 12 ounces (340g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Shortening
- 1 cup (85g) Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 cup (115g) Mini Marshmallows
- ½ cup (60g) Roasted Almonds, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, gently combine chow mein noodles, marshmallows, and chopped almonds.
- Pour melted chocolate over the noodle mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
