Ingredients:

  • 6 packages (3 ounces/85g each) flavored gelatin (assorted colors)
  • 6 cups (1.4 liters) boiling water
  • 1 can (14 ounces/397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
  • 2 envelopes (0.25 ounce/7g each) unflavored gelatin

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve one package of flavored gelatin in one cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or until firm but not completely set.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the remaining flavored gelatin, layering each color on top of the previous one. Ensure each layer is partially set before adding the next to prevent mixing.
  4. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water in a small bowl; let stand for 1 minute. Add 1 cup of boiling water to the gelatin mixture, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the condensed milk.
  5. Let the creamy gelatin cool slightly. Gently pour the cooled condensed milk mixture over the final Jello layer. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely firm.
  7. Cut the finger jello into squares. Serve chilled.
