Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (355ml) cold milk, whole or 2% preferred
- 1 (3.4 ounce/96g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (12 ounce/340g) box vanilla wafers
- 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and cold milk until smooth. Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture, beating until well combined.
- Line the bottom of the dish with vanilla wafers. Top with a layer of sliced bananas. Spread a layer of pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers (wafers, bananas, pudding) until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably longer.
