Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned (about 970 grams)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (30 ml)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Lime wedges
- Crumbled feta cheese (60 grams)
- Chili powder or paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F/204°C).
- Husk the corn, removing all silk and leaves, then rinse under cold water to remove any remaining silk.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil (or melted butter) with salt and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the corn.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes for even cooking until slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, and serve with optional toppings like lime wedges, crumbled feta, or spice.
