Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned (about 970 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (30 ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Lime wedges
  • Crumbled feta cheese (60 grams)
  • Chili powder or paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F/204°C).
  2. Husk the corn, removing all silk and leaves, then rinse under cold water to remove any remaining silk.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil (or melted butter) with salt and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the corn.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes for even cooking until slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, and serve with optional toppings like lime wedges, crumbled feta, or spice.
