Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Paprika
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz / 170g each)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper
- 4 Sesame Seed Buns
- 1 cup (70g) Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/2 cup (60g) Diced Onion
- 4 slices American Cheese
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well. Set aside for Big Mac Sauce.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C).
- Spread Big Mac sauce on the top and bottom buns.
- On the bottom bun, add lettuce, onion, and a cooked chicken breast. Top with a slice of cheese and the top bun. Serve immediately your Big Mac Chicken.
