Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Paprika
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz / 170g each)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper
  • 4 Sesame Seed Buns
  • 1 cup (70g) Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Diced Onion
  • 4 slices American Cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well. Set aside for Big Mac Sauce.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C).
  4. Spread Big Mac sauce on the top and bottom buns.
  5. On the bottom bun, add lettuce, onion, and a cooked chicken breast. Top with a slice of cheese and the top bun. Serve immediately your Big Mac Chicken.
