Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 g) Powdered Erythritol/Allulose Blend
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) Stevia or Monk Fruit Extract (Pure)
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) Fine Pink Himalayan Salt (Sodium)
  • 4 Tbsp (40 g) Potassium Chloride (Potassium)
  • 2 tsp (10 g) Magnesium Glycinate Powder (Magnesium)
  • 4 tsp (20 g) Citric Acid Powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) Natural Lemon & Lime Flavour Powder (Optional)
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder (for natural color, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Measure Accurately: Weigh and measure all dry ingredients precisely, especially the mineral powders (salt, potassium chloride, and magnesium). Accuracy is key for effective hydration and safety.
  2. Sift the Base: Place the powdered Erythritol/Allulose blend, citric acid, and flavor powders into a fine-mesh sieve set over the large mixing bowl. Sift thoroughly to remove any clumps.
  3. Combine Minerals: In a separate small dry bowl, whisk together the Himalayan salt, potassium chloride, and magnesium glycinate. This pre-mix helps distribute the heavy, granular minerals evenly.
  4. Incorporate and Mix: Add the pre-mixed mineral blend and the pure Stevia/Monk Fruit extract to the sieved base. Using a whisk or hand mixer, thoroughly combine all ingredients for 2–3 minutes until uniform. Sifting is non-negotiable for smooth results.
  5. Storage: Transfer the finished electrolyte powder immediately into a sterilized, airtight storage jar. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place, ensuring no moisture enters the container.
  6. Serving: Add 1 level scoop (approx. 15–20g) of the electrolyte mix to 400–500 ml of cold, filtered water or chilled sparkling water. Stir or lightly shake until fully dissolved and serve immediately.
