Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for more color)
- 4 whole lubina (European Sea Bass), cleaned and scaled
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Rinse the lubina under cold water and pat dry.
- Place fish in a shallow dish and pour marinade over the top.
- Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
- Heat the grill to medium-high, preparing for direct grilling.
- Remove fish from marinade, shaking off excess.
- Place fish on the grill grates.
- Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.
- Carefully transfer grilled fish to a serving platter.
- Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving.
