Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for more color)
  • 4 whole lubina (European Sea Bass), cleaned and scaled
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  2. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Rinse the lubina under cold water and pat dry.
  4. Place fish in a shallow dish and pour marinade over the top.
  5. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
  6. Heat the grill to medium-high, preparing for direct grilling.
  7. Remove fish from marinade, shaking off excess.
  8. Place fish on the grill grates.
  9. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.
  10. Carefully transfer grilled fish to a serving platter.
  11. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving.
