Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved (300 grams)
- 2 cups blueberries (300 grams)
- 2 cups banana slices (about 2 large bananas, 300 grams)
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (360 grams)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60 ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
- Wash and dry the strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Cut strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Using a fork or toothpick, dip each piece of fruit into the yogurt mixture until fully coated. Shake off excess yogurt and place on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts or granola onto yogurt-covered fruit if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
- Remove the fruit snacks from the baking sheet and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
