Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved (300 grams)
  • 2 cups blueberries (300 grams)
  • 2 cups banana slices (about 2 large bananas, 300 grams)
  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (360 grams)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  2. Wash and dry the strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. Cut strawberries and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each piece of fruit into the yogurt mixture until fully coated. Shake off excess yogurt and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle crushed nuts or granola onto yogurt-covered fruit if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
  7. Remove the fruit snacks from the baking sheet and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
