Ingredients:
- 1 can (13.5 oz / 400 ml) full-fat coconut milk (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, fresh berries, or chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight for best results.
- Choose a mixing bowl thats sufficiently deep for whisking.
- Carefully open the chilled coconut milk can and scoop out the solidified cream into the mixing bowl, leaving the liquid behind.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the coconut cream.
- Whisk the mixture by hand or with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Taste the cream and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon the whipped coconut cream into serving dishes and top with optional toppings.
