Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • 1 chamomile tea bag (or 2 teaspoons loose chamomile)
  • 1 peppermint tea bag (or 2 teaspoons loose peppermint)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) peach juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) honey (to taste)
  • Fresh lemon slices (optional garnish)
  • Mint sprigs (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chamomile and peppermint tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the peach juice and honey until dissolved.
  4. Pour the tea into cups/mugs and optionally garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
  5. Sip slowly and let the warmth embrace you.
