Ingredients:
- 150g 72% dark chocolate bars, broken into shards
- 100g sea salt chocolate bark
- 0.5 cup dark chocolate covered almonds
- 2 cups fresh organic strawberries, stems attached
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 0.5 cup fresh blackberries
- 0.25 cup dried tart cherries
- 0.5 cup raw walnuts
- 0.25 cup roasted shelled pistachios
- 4 oz raw honey
- 4 oz goat cheese
Instructions:
- Place the 4 oz of goat cheese and the small jar of 4 oz raw honey on opposite sides of the board.
- Arrange the 150g of dark chocolate shards in a curved river through the center.
- Group the 2 cups of strawberries in two main sections, keeping the stems pointing toward the center.
- Tuck the 1 cup of raspberries and 0.5 cup of blackberries into the spaces between the chocolate and the cheese.
- Scatter the 0.5 cup of chocolate covered almonds and 0.25 cup of dried tart cherries in small piles near the dark chocolate shards.
- Fill the remaining small voids with the 0.5 cup of raw walnuts and 0.25 cup of roasted pistachios.
- Wait until just before serving to drizzle a tiny bit of honey over the goat cheese.
- Bring the board to the table and smell the mixture of berries and cacao. If the scent of the 72% chocolate isn't dominant, snap one extra shard to release more aroma.
