Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (5 oz/140 g each) of tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) plain Greek yogurt (optional for a lighter version)
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon (15 g) sweet pickle relish or chopped pickles

Instructions:

  1. Drain the canned tuna and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in diced celery, red onion, and optional relish.
  4. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld before serving.
