Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5 oz/140 g each) of tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) plain Greek yogurt (optional for a lighter version)
- 1/4 cup (40 g) finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup (40 g) finely diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon (15 g) sweet pickle relish or chopped pickles
Instructions:
- Drain the canned tuna and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), and lemon juice.
- Stir in diced celery, red onion, and optional relish.
- Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld before serving.
