Ingredients:

  • 2 (100g) packs Frozen Unsweetened Açaí Purée
  • 1 large (sliced) Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Frozen Berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3–4 tbsp Unsweetened Milk (or Coconut Water)
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey (Optional)
  • Granola (for topping)
  • Fresh Sliced Fruit (for topping)
  • Nut Butter (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Remove Açaí packs from the freezer and gently break them into smaller pieces using your hands or a sharp tap on the counter while they are still in the wrapper. Gather all other ingredients.
  2. Layer and Begin Blending: Add the liquid (milk or coconut water) and optional sweetener to the blender jug first. This prevents the blades from locking up. Then, add the broken Açaí pieces, the frozen banana slices, and the mixed berries.
  3. Achieve Maximum Thickness: Secure the lid, inserting the tamper through the opening. Start the blender on a low speed, quickly ramping up to medium-high. Use the tamper constantly to push the frozen ingredients down into the moving blades, rotating the tamper as you work.
  4. Monitor Consistency: Blend only until the mixture begins to circulate consistently and reaches a thick, soft-serve consistency—usually 45–60 seconds, maximum. If the mixture stalls, add 1 more tablespoon of liquid, not more.
  5. Plate and Top: Carefully scrape the thick Açaí mixture into your serving bowl. Arrange your desired toppings (granola, fresh fruit, nut butter, etc.) across the surface. Serve immediately.
