- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon (7g) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Optional garnish: a slice of pineapple or mango, a sprig of mint
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients. Ensure the mango and pineapple are frozen. Grate the fresh ginger (if using).
- Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), lime juice, ginger, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
- Secure the blender lid. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired. Add more honey/maple syrup for sweetness or lime juice for tartness. Add a splash more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.
