  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1g) grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7g) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Optional garnish: a slice of pineapple or mango, a sprig of mint

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure the mango and pineapple are frozen. Grate the fresh ginger (if using).
  2. Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), lime juice, ginger, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to the blender.
  3. Secure the blender lid. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired. Add more honey/maple syrup for sweetness or lime juice for tartness. Add a splash more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.
