Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut rum
  • 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice, preferably fresh
  • 1 cup (240 g) diced fresh pineapple (about 1 small pineapple)
  • 1 medium lime, sliced
  • 1 medium orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) club soda (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the white wine and coconut rum.
  2. Stir in the pineapple juice until well mixed.
  3. Add the diced pineapple, lime slices, and orange slices to the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
  6. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
