Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut rum
- 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice, preferably fresh
- 1 cup (240 g) diced fresh pineapple (about 1 small pineapple)
- 1 medium lime, sliced
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) club soda (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the white wine and coconut rum.
- Stir in the pineapple juice until well mixed.
- Add the diced pineapple, lime slices, and orange slices to the mixture.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
