Ingredients:
- 6 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 oz cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
Instructions:
- Temper the vessel by filling a glass with boiling water; let sit for 1 minute, then discard water and dry.
- Build the base by pouring hot coffee into the glass until 3/4 full. Add brown sugar and stir vigorously until dissolved, then stir in the Irish whiskey.
- Froth the cold heavy cream for 5–10 seconds until thickened but pourable. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee surface to float the cream.
