Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon (Pinch) Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until completely smooth and well combined. Ensure no lumps of mayonnaise remain.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed. You may want to add a touch more pepper for a sharper flavor or a pinch of cayenne for extra heat.
  4. For best flavor, cover the sauce and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional)
  5. Serve immediately with your favourite dippable foods such as chicken fingers and fries!
