Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Ketchup
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon (Pinch) Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk all the ingredients together until completely smooth and well combined. Ensure no lumps of mayonnaise remain.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed. You may want to add a touch more pepper for a sharper flavor or a pinch of cayenne for extra heat.
- For best flavor, cover the sauce and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional)
