  • 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Orange Curaçao (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao preferred)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Orgeat Syrup (high-quality is key)
  • 0.25 oz (7 ml) Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, simmered until dissolved)
  • Garnish: Lime wedge, sprig of mint, pineapple chunk (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Glass: Fill your rocks glass with ice to keep it nice and frosty.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup.
