Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estate Signature Blend)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Orange Curaçao (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Orgeat Syrup
  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • Garnish: Lime wedge
  • Garnish: Mint sprig
  • Garnish: Pineapple Chunk

Instructions:

  1. Fill the rocks glass with ice to pre-chill.
  2. Combine rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well until the shaker is well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  5. Empty the ice from the pre-chilled glass and strain the cocktail into the glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig, and a chunk of pineapple.
