Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estate Signature Blend)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) Orange Curaçao (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- ½ oz (15 ml) Orgeat Syrup
- ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- Garnish: Lime wedge
- Garnish: Mint sprig
- Garnish: Pineapple Chunk
Instructions:
- Fill the rocks glass with ice to pre-chill.
- Combine rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until the shaker is well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Empty the ice from the pre-chilled glass and strain the cocktail into the glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig, and a chunk of pineapple.
