  • Mayonnaise (¼ cup)
  • Sriracha (1-2 tsp)
  • Lime Juice (1 tbsp)
  • 2 Large Yellow Onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Crispy Fried Onions (½ cup)
  • Pickled Jalapeños (¼ cup, sliced)
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese (½ cup)

  • BBQ Sauce (¼ cup)
