Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Prosciutto (thinly sliced) (85g)
  • 3 oz Salami (Italian, Genoa, or Spicy) (85g)
  • 2 oz Chorizo (Spanish, sliced) (57g)
  • 4 oz Brie (or Camembert) (113g)
  • 4 oz Cheddar (Sharp, aged) (113g)
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola (or other blue cheese) (113g)
  • 1 box Assorted Crackers
  • 1 Baguette (French, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Grapes (red or green) (75g)
  • 1 Apple (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots (or other dried fruit) (30g)
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (roasted, salted) (35g)
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts (halves) (30g)
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or jam) (40ml)
  • Fresh Rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry all fruits and vegetables. Slice apples and baguette.
  2. Cut cheeses into bite-sized pieces. For soft cheeses like Brie, leave a wedge whole.
  3. Place cheeses strategically on the board, creating visual anchors. Space them apart for balance.
  4. Arrange cured meats around the cheeses. Consider folding, rolling, or fanning the slices for visual appeal.
  5. Scatter crackers, bread, fruits, vegetables, and nuts to fill in the remaining space. Don't be afraid to overlap!
  6. Place honey and/or mustard in small bowls.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Serve immediately or chill for a short period.
