Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz (75ml) Gin or Vodka
  • 1/2 oz (15ml) Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz (30ml) Olive Brine
  • 3 Olives
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Chill Glass: Place your martini glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes, or fill it with ice while preparing the cocktail.
  2. Combine Ingredients (Shaking): Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin or vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  3. Combine Ingredients (Stirring): Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin or vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  4. Shake (If Shaking): Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled (about 15-20 seconds). You should feel the outside of the shaker get very cold.
  5. Stir (If Stirring): Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 20-30 seconds until the mixing glass is well-chilled.
  6. Strain & Serve: Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with 3 olives on a cocktail pick or skewer.
