Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) frozen fruit mix (berries, mango, or banana)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk (cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseed meal
  • Optional: A few ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients. If using fresh fruit, chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, honey/maple syrup, and any optional ingredients (chia seeds, flaxseed, ice) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick, a little at a time.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey/maple syrup if needed for desired sweetness. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
