Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (60g) Dehydrated Onion Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons (20g) Beef Bouillon Powder (Gluten-Free)
  • 2 tablespoons (14g) Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon (7g) Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) Celery Seed
  • 1 tablespoon (2g) Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon (3g) Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon (3g) Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. If using fresh onions, thinly slice them and dehydrate in a dehydrator or oven at low temperature (170°F/77°C) until crisp.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dehydrated onion flakes, gluten-free beef bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, dried parsley, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the onion soup mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
