Ingredients:
- 1 cup (60g) Dehydrated Onion Flakes
- 2 tablespoons (20g) Beef Bouillon Powder (Gluten-Free)
- 2 tablespoons (14g) Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon (7g) Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon (2g) Celery Seed
- 1 tablespoon (2g) Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon (3g) Paprika
- ½ teaspoon (1g) Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon (3g) Sea Salt
Instructions:
- If using fresh onions, thinly slice them and dehydrate in a dehydrator or oven at low temperature (170°F/77°C) until crisp.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dehydrated onion flakes, gluten-free beef bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, dried parsley, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and evenly distributed.
- Transfer the onion soup mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
