Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Plain Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar (sifted)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Orange Zest
  • 1–2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (to taste)
  • Pinch of Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is completely soft. If it is cold, microwave it gently for 10-15 seconds until pliable but not melted.
  2. In the mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese vigorously with the whisk or electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  3. Beat in the sifted powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest until fully incorporated and smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt using a rubber spatula. Do not overmix; maintain the airiness.
  5. Stir in the honey/maple syrup, starting with 1 tablespoon. Taste the dip and add the remaining sweetener only if necessary. Add the tiny pinch of salt.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the citrus flavours to meld beautifully.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with an extra whisper of zest if desired, and serve alongside your chosen fresh fruit.
