- 2 tablespoons (30ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15g) honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Grate Carrots: Use a box grater or food processor to grate the carrots into fine shreds.
- Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the grated carrots, raisins, and optional ingredients (walnuts and apples). Toss to combine.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), apple cider vinegar, honey (or syrup), salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
