Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Irish Cream Liqueur (Bailey's or similar)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Heavy Cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp White Corn Syrup or Simple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Festive Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Spread corn syrup or simple syrup evenly on a small plate. Spread sprinkles evenly on another small plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the corn syrup and then immediately into the sprinkles, rotating gently to coat.
  2. Place prepared martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill (optional).
  3. Add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, amaretto liqueur, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake or stir vigorously until well chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Add a sugar cookie as a garnish, if desired (optional).
