Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Irish Cream Liqueur (Bailey's or similar)
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Amaretto Liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) Heavy Cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp White Corn Syrup or Simple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Festive Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Spread corn syrup or simple syrup evenly on a small plate. Spread sprinkles evenly on another small plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the corn syrup and then immediately into the sprinkles, rotating gently to coat.
- Place prepared martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill (optional).
- Add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, amaretto liqueur, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake or stir vigorously until well chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Add a sugar cookie as a garnish, if desired (optional).
