Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (473 ml) Unsweetened White Grape Juice
  • 1 cup (236 ml) Water
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Acai Powder (approx. 10g)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Coffee Bean Extract Powder (approx. 5g) – for caffeine kick, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder (optional, for enhanced strawberry flavour and colour)

Instructions:

  1. Blend fresh strawberries with a small amount of water (around 1/4 cup) until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a pitcher, whisk together the white grape juice, remaining water, sugar, Acai powder, green coffee bean extract (if using), and freeze-dried strawberry powder (if using) until well combined and sugar is dissolved.
  3. If you prefer a smoother popsicle, strain the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the juice mixture until evenly distributed. Avoid over-mixing.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
  6. Place popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are centered.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.
  8. To easily remove the popsicles, briefly dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.
