- 2 tbsp (30ml) avocado oil
- ½ tsp (2.5g) kosher salt
- ¼ tsp (1.25g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (5g) smoked paprika
- ½ tsp (2.5g) garlic powder
- ¼ tsp (1.25g) cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp (1.25g) red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with avocado oil until every nook and cranny is glistening.
- Sprinkle in the salt and pepper, tossing again to ensure total coverage.
- Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and red pepper flakes. Stir vigorously until the broccoli is coated in a vibrant, reddish-orange hue.
- Spread the florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes until the tips look charred and crispy-dark.
