Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using); season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
