Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (if using); season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
