  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch (2.5cm) piece of ginger, minced
  • 4 cups (1L) of choi sum or bok choy, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) sesame oil

  4. Add marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through and browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce (if using).
  6. Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions (optional).
