Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill champagne flutes or glasses in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.
  3. Stir well to mix the juices evenly.
  4. Pour cranberry juice mixture evenly into each flute, filling them halfway.
  5. Top off each glass with champagne, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a slice of lime if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
