Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup (240 ml) champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Chill champagne flutes or glasses in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.
- Stir well to mix the juices evenly.
- Pour cranberry juice mixture evenly into each flute, filling them halfway.
- Top off each glass with champagne, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
- Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a slice of lime if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
