Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-10 pound) spiral cut ham
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Remove the ham from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern for better glaze absorption.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Position the ham on the crock pot insert, cut side down. Pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure it runs into the scored cuts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Baste the ham with remaining glaze halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F (60°C) for serving.
  6. Remove ham from the crock pot, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
