Ingredients:
- 1 (8-10 pound) spiral cut ham
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
- Remove the ham from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern for better glaze absorption.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves. Whisk until smooth.
- Position the ham on the crock pot insert, cut side down. Pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure it runs into the scored cuts.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Baste the ham with remaining glaze halfway through the cooking time.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F (60°C) for serving.
- Remove ham from the crock pot, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
