- 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions:
- In the food processor bowl (or mixing bowl if using immersion blender), add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse the food processor (or use the immersion blender) until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed (more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to your liking).
- If using, stir in the chopped parsley or chives.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step is optional but recommended.
