Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each / 170 grams)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill) (15 g / 3 g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line the baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dill. Rub the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Place the seasoned fillets on the baking tray, skin-side down (if applicable). Lay lemon slices on and around the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
