Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. For maximum crispiness, place the baking sheet in the oven during preheating.
- Place the frozen broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss quickly with tongs to coat without allowing the broccoli to thaw.
- Spread the seasoned florets onto the hot baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring at least half an inch of space between each piece. Roast for 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through the final 10 minutes, until edges are mahogany-colored.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle with fresh lemon juice while the broccoli is still hot.
