Ingredients:

  • 1 pound leftover cooked chicken wings (450 g)
  • Optional: cooking oil spray (avocado or olive oil)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer: Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Air Fryer: Preheat to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup (optional). Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet (if using an oven) to allow heat circulation.
  3. Arrange Wings: Place chicken wings in a single layer on the baking sheet (or air fryer basket).
  4. (Optional) Lightly Coat Wings: Spray the wings with cooking oil for extra crispiness (not essential but recommended).
  5. Heat the Wings: Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Check for crispness. Air Fryer: Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check for Doneness: Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven/air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
