Ingredients:
- 2 packets (100g each) frozen acai puree
- 1 cup (150g) ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 banana (medium, ripe)
- ½ cup (120ml) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ½ cup (45g) granola
- ½ cup (75g) fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup (40g) blueberries
- 1 tablespoon (15g) chia seeds (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine acai puree, sliced strawberries, banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the milk for desired thickness.
- Divide the acai mixture into two serving bowls. Top each bowl with granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds, if using.
- Add mint leaves for a pop of color. Serve immediately and enjoy!
