Ingredients:

  • 2 packets (100g each) frozen acai puree
  • 1 cup (150g) ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 banana (medium, ripe)
  • ½ cup (120ml) almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ cup (45g) granola
  • ½ cup (75g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup (40g) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) chia seeds (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine acai puree, sliced strawberries, banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the milk for desired thickness.
  2. Divide the acai mixture into two serving bowls. Top each bowl with granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds, if using.
  3. Add mint leaves for a pop of color. Serve immediately and enjoy!
