Ingredients:

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 10 cups fresh, clean snow
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Place a large stainless steel mixing bowl and serving dishes in the freezer or outside in the snow for at least 15 minutes to pre-chill.
  2. In a separate small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, fine sea salt, and heavy cream until the mixture is thick, glossy, and completely integrated.
  3. Collect 8 to 10 cups of fresh, clean, fluffy white snow and place it into the pre-chilled large mixing bowl.
  4. Immediately pour the chilled liquid base over the snow. Using a silicone spatula, use a gentle folding motion to combine until the snow is evenly coated and the mixture reaches a silky, ice-cream-like consistency.
  5. Distribute into chilled serving bowls and eat immediately before the delicate crystal structure melts.
