Ingredients:
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 10 cups fresh, clean snow
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Place a large stainless steel mixing bowl and serving dishes in the freezer or outside in the snow for at least 15 minutes to pre-chill.
- In a separate small bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, fine sea salt, and heavy cream until the mixture is thick, glossy, and completely integrated.
- Collect 8 to 10 cups of fresh, clean, fluffy white snow and place it into the pre-chilled large mixing bowl.
- Immediately pour the chilled liquid base over the snow. Using a silicone spatula, use a gentle folding motion to combine until the snow is evenly coated and the mixture reaches a silky, ice-cream-like consistency.
- Distribute into chilled serving bowls and eat immediately before the delicate crystal structure melts.
