Ingredients:
- 1 lb frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a large rimmed baking sheet inside the oven while it preheats to ensure the pan is hot.
- Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven and line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the frozen broccoli florets directly onto the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer with ample space between florets. Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are deep mahogany brown.
- Remove pan and sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes or broil for 60 seconds until cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice immediately before serving.
