Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana (about 120g / 4.2 oz)
- 1 cup (240 ml / 8 fl oz) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons (32g / 1.1 oz) peanut butter
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g / 1 oz) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- ½ cup (75g / 2.6 oz) ice cubes
- Optional: 1 teaspoon (5 ml / 0.17 fl oz) honey or maple syrup
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add the banana, milk, peanut butter, protein powder, ice cubes, and optional sweetener (honey or maple syrup) and cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or peanut butter flavor as desired.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. This is one of the best high protein smoothies!
