  • 1 medium banana (frozen, ripe)
  • ¼ medium avocado (ripe)
  • ½ medium green apple (cored)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Smoothie 2: Berry Blast
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries (frozen)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Honey/Maple syrup to taste (optional)
  • Smoothie 3: Tropical Tango
  • 1 cup mango (frozen)
  • ½ cup pineapple (frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Shredded coconut to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Ingredients: Wash and chop fruits and vegetables as needed. Measure out all ingredients.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the liquid base to the blender first, then the remaining ingredients, placing softer ingredients closer to the blades.
  3. Blend: Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high speed. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid. If it's too thin, add more ice or frozen fruit.
  5. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
  6. Serve Immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
