- 1 medium banana (frozen, ripe)
- ¼ medium avocado (ripe)
- ½ medium green apple (cored)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ginger (fresh, grated)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Smoothie 2: Berry Blast
- 1 ½ cups mixed berries (frozen)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Honey/Maple syrup to taste (optional)
- Smoothie 3: Tropical Tango
- 1 cup mango (frozen)
- ½ cup pineapple (frozen)
- ½ cup coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Shredded coconut to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Prep Ingredients: Wash and chop fruits and vegetables as needed. Measure out all ingredients.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the liquid base to the blender first, then the remaining ingredients, placing softer ingredients closer to the blades.
- Blend: Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high speed. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid. If it's too thin, add more ice or frozen fruit.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
- Serve Immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
