Instructions:
- Chop the white onion until the pieces are tiny and uniform, almost like a coarse powder.
- Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice together in your mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Whisk gently until the sour cream is fully incorporated into the base.
- Use a spoon to stir in the relish until evenly distributed.
- Fold the onions in carefully so they don't settle at the bottom.
- Sprinkle in the salt and stir once more.
