Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pecan Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Half-and-Half
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Pecan halves (for garnish)
  • Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
  • Cinnamon Sugar (for rimming)

Instructions:

  1. If desired, drizzle caramel sauce inside the martini glass and rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Pour in the vanilla vodka, pecan liqueur, maple syrup, half-and-half, and Angostura bitters into the shaker.
  4. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with pecan halves.
  7. Sip and savor that nutty, boozy goodness of the pecan pie martini!
