Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Pecan Liqueur
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Maple Syrup
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Half-and-Half
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Pecan halves (for garnish)
- Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
- Cinnamon Sugar (for rimming)
Instructions:
- If desired, drizzle caramel sauce inside the martini glass and rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the vanilla vodka, pecan liqueur, maple syrup, half-and-half, and Angostura bitters into the shaker.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with pecan halves.
