Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Plain, Unsweetened Yogurt (Full-fat Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup (approx. 60 g) All-natural, Xylitol-free Peanut Butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Banana: Peel and slice the ripe banana into rough chunks.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Place the banana chunks, plain yogurt, and peanut butter into the blender or food processor.
  3. Blend: Process until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform. Stop and scrape down the sides with the spatula as needed.
  4. Portion: Carefully spoon or pour the mixture into prepared ice cube trays or small, freezer-safe silicone moulds, filling almost to the top.
  5. Freeze: Place the trays flat into the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Serve: Pop out one or two 'Pupsicles' at a time and serve immediately to your dog. Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container.
