Ingredients:
- 1 cup (115g) Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup (115g) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp (45g) Diced pimentos, drained
- 2 tsp (10g) Onion, finely grated
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) House Seasoning
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or spatula, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and devoid of lumps.
- Add the mayonnaise, drained pimentos, and grated onion. Mix on medium speed until the mixture is pale and fully integrated.
- Gently stir in the grated Sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and House Seasoning. Mix only until the cheeses are coated to maintain structural integrity.
