Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (115g) Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup (115g) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp (45g) Diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 tsp (10g) Onion, finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) House Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or spatula, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and devoid of lumps.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, drained pimentos, and grated onion. Mix on medium speed until the mixture is pale and fully integrated.
  3. Gently stir in the grated Sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and House Seasoning. Mix only until the cheeses are coated to maintain structural integrity.
