Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Paul Masson wine (white or rosé)
  • 2 large scoops (about 1 cup/240 ml) vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) club soda or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes if desired.
  2. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
  3. Carefully pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) of Paul Masson wine over each scoop of ice cream.
  4. Slowly top with club soda or lemon-lime soda until the glasses are nearly full.
  5. Add a few fresh mint leaves and berries for a pop of color and additional flavor.
  6. Provide a long spoon or straw for sipping, and serve immediately.
