Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Paul Masson wine (white or rosé)
- 2 large scoops (about 1 cup/240 ml) vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) club soda or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill the glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes if desired.
- Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass.
- Carefully pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) of Paul Masson wine over each scoop of ice cream.
- Slowly top with club soda or lemon-lime soda until the glasses are nearly full.
- Add a few fresh mint leaves and berries for a pop of color and additional flavor.
- Provide a long spoon or straw for sipping, and serve immediately.
