Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 ounce/96g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups (355ml) cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce/227g) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (e.g., Cool Whip)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14.3 ounce/405g) package Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed, reserving about 1/4 cup for topping
Instructions:
- Let cream cheese come to room temp 10 min for softening.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for a couple minutes to thicken.
- Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the pudding mixture. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, reserving some for garnish.
- Transfer the Oreo Fluff to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or preferably 4 hours) to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to set up.
- Before serving, sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos over the top.
