Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup (30g) fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons (15g) caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) sea salt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon (1g) dried thyme

Instructions:

  1. Measure out fennel, caraway, coriander seeds, black pepper, and sea salt.
  2. Combine all seeds in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle and grind until you reach a fine to medium consistency, adjusting to your preference.
  3. Transfer the ground blend into an airtight storage jar and label with the contents and date.
  4. Sprinkle over roasted vegetables, incorporate into marinades, or blend into pasta dishes for an aromatic flavor boost.
