Ingredients:
- ¼ cup (30g) fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons (15g) caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon (12g) coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon (2g) ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (2g) sea salt
- Optional: 1 teaspoon (1g) dried thyme
Instructions:
- Measure out fennel, caraway, coriander seeds, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Combine all seeds in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle and grind until you reach a fine to medium consistency, adjusting to your preference.
- Transfer the ground blend into an airtight storage jar and label with the contents and date.
- Sprinkle over roasted vegetables, incorporate into marinades, or blend into pasta dishes for an aromatic flavor boost.
